Each year, Velux’s Denmark headquarters organises a corporate event around the results of its annual study on the interior climate in buildings. Among the invited guests are members of the different Velux branches around the world, decision-makers, contractors, political personalities and other authorities. 

CHALLENGE

Velux organises its corporate event in Brussels, in order to be close to the European Commission. Advanced Fair is responsible for the logistics of the event and has to make this a success, but also needs to present an excellent image of Belgium for the many international visitors.

SOLUTION

Advanced Fair looked for a location perfectly in tune with Velux’ message: the importance of daylight. We also handled the logistics of the conference and selected and proposed suppliers to Velux. Finally, we took care of the reservation of shuttles, hotels, activities and restaurants for the event’s guests.
