The European Caravan Federation (ECF) represents the national organisations of the caravan sector at the European level.

CHALLENGE

Every year ECF organises an international congress assembling all its European members. For the organisation of the event in Belgium, ECF was looking for a partner. Since the event is free for the 130 participants, budgetary solutions had to be found to allow for its organisation.

SOLUTION

Advanced Fair looked for sponsors for the event. Thanks to the successfully gained financial support, Advanced Fair was able to organise the event with the level of quality demanded by ECF. This included the search for quality speakers, conference logistics, hotel and shuttle reservations,… In order to leave a lasting impression on visitors, we also planned relaxing activities such as the visit of the diamond museum, discovering Antwerp’s port by boat and exceptional dinners.
