• Concept phase

A fair is an experience in many ways, and we see to the development of this experience. We put our heads together and come up with an original concept. Do you have a specific theme in mind? We will realise it!

•  Booth sales, the beginning of a successful fair 

No fair without exhibitors and no exhibitors without booth sales. The purchase and sale of booths is one of our specialties. We develop a floorplan where the visitors are led through the fair logically and smoothly. After this, we attract exhibitors that are representational for your sector.

•  Logistical support

As an event organiser we take on the full coordination and organisation of the logistical tasks of your fair. This entails – among other things – the preparation of the location, signposting, security, catering, hostesses and the many administrative tasks. We ensure that the deadlines are met, that the budget is right, that a unique experience is created and that everything runs smoothly.  

• Marketing plan

To attract qualitative visitors to your fair, we develop a complete and flexible marketing and communication plan. By using both traditional and new ways of communication, we promote the fair in the best possible way. The success of your fair is always the ultimate goal.
