An excellent organisation of logistics is crucial to the success of your conference, but also extremely time-consuming. We manage – among other things – all sales aspects for you and the negotiations with suppliers, where we keep a close eye on your budget.  
We offer a unique platform for online hotel reservations, which all participants of your event can make use of. Our team also sees to the registration and follow-up of your guests. We use an online platform that is linked to an intuitive payment system. 

•  Promotion and sponsoring 

No matter how interesting and well-organised your conference, without strong promotion your objectives will be hard to achieve. Sponsoring, PR and marketing play a major role. Thanks to our expertise, and that of our sister company Two cents, we put your conference firmly on the map.

Being a Destination Management Company (DMC) situated in Brussels, we offer services that give your conference that little extra: finding perfect locations for receptions, managing transport, organising leisurely activities and excursions for your visitors and speakers… This way, everyone returns home feeling good.
