Agribex is the international trade fair for arable farming, cattle farming, horticulture and green zones. It is a unique event at which farmers, contract employees, representatives from suppliers, government officials, researchers and the general public meet one another.

CHALLENGE

The organisers of the fair were lacking in time to develop the logistics of the fair. They decided to ask Advanced Fair to organise the event’s logistics and bring them to the next level.

SOLUTION

Over the course of 8 editions, Advanced Fair has developed an exceptional logistics service for Agribex, which covers 10 halls of Brussels Expo. Services provided include the following: managing the registration and follow-up of 350 exhibitors, contact with suppliers, coordination of the map of the fair and implementation of the booths, supervision of assembly and disassembly of the booths. Every year, the logistics management improves thanks to the new ideas and processes developed by Advanced Fair. All our work is focused on obtaining a perfect result, both for the exhibitors and for the fair’s visitors.
