The recent edition of Motominds at Kortrijk Xpo doubled its visitor numbers! This success is due to the good collaboration between Advanced Fair and Kortrijk Expo. Our role? To support and coordinate the event and its suppliers. An unforgettable edition that confirms the growing success of Motominds.
In March, we attended the annual general meeting of the European Caravan Federation, the association that brings together the European camping industry. As Association Manager of the BCCMA (Belgian Camping-Caravan and Motorhome Association), this is the perfect time for us to meet international players and exchange ideas.
In the months before the exhibition, we launch the online registration platform for visitors and exhibitors. We send out the necessary mailings and provide follow-up so that everyone can visit the Nekkerhal with peace of mind. On site, we strategically set up the entrance hall to welcome the visitors.
