It has been 18 months since our CEO, Frédéric François, was commissioned by FISA to bring a new vision for its trade fairs. As a consultant for the organiser of Batibouw, Cocoon and the Holiday Fair, his first task was to analyse the way the fairs were administrated, rapidly followed by concrete management and executive tasks. Under his supervision, new strategies were brought to the table and led to changes in terms of managing the different fairs, but also regarding HR policies. The 2020 edition of Batibouw, taking place at the end of February, marks the beginning of a new and modernised future for the fair.
